Hey there blog readers! (Is there a technical term for that?). Although I must be honest with myself and realise that the world really isn’t going to be reading this, I must continue as if they were\are.
I’m most known on the Interweb as a gamer and have been gaming all my life! Started on an Amstrad CPC and have worked myself up the ladder to the Xbox360 (My favourite of the 3 next gen systems!). Nintendo however did pave my way to the top, thoroughly enjoyed the Nintendo 64 (That system was f**king quality). Games like Perfect Dark and Zelda: Ocarina of Time to me are still the number 1 games I would ever wish to play. Zelda was the most emotional thing I ever came across in gaming as a wee lad, man I felt the love.
Moved onto the Playstation 2 to find myself just playing stuff…including the MGS series and of course everything else. Never really found a killer game that I can say off the top of my head that stands out to me. Of course there was the GTA series, but I’m not going to go out on a limb and say I would kill to play either of them because I don’t. Games that I did enjoy would be the SSX series (SSX and SSX Tricky), the amount of hours I put into Tricky was unbelievable! Although towards the end of my owning the console there is 1 game I terribly miss and that game is Final Fantasy X. Yet another emotional and amazing rollercoaster which I got onto (I was the number 1 Blitzball player in all of….Hertford)
So moving swiftly to the Xbox, One word… Halo. It may be really obvious for any xbox owner to of played Halo but to of played it so much that you broke a controller is a different matter! It was the latest FPS to work really really well on the home consoles (Obviously the best being on the PC at the time). Can’t really remember any other Xbox games which I creamed my pants at, maybe Conker: Live and Reloaded, maybe not.
Halo 2 came out, got xbox live and my life changed. That game was amazing, Xbox Live was amazing! It was the first time a game just became an infinite adrenaline rush of pure goodness, it had so much American back chat that there could of been a real world war! How many times was I called a “British Fag” is unbelievable, although the best has to be some kid pronouncing British as “Bretish”… I was in tears of laughter!
Xbox360 came and by this time so had TFMX.co.uk my site to get me the game reviews I have wanted to do all my life. The only hobby to pay off into a full time job for the future, something I’m rather proud of myself doing at such a young and nimble age! Games to review that have blown me away include: Bioshock, GTA IV, Burnout Paradise and one to never forget…Two Worlds (In a BAD way).
Those are my 2 cents for now kids, want to know more?
FAQ – About The Blog
Q: Why?
A: Because I felt like it to be honest with you, I love to design and see my own work expand into something great and I promised Resident I would get round to doing one! Another answer could be…Why Not?
Q: What other websites?
A: Currently the only 1 left (I think) is TFMX.co.uk, I have done clan websites and graphics sites in the past, you’ll just have to find them yourself!
Q: What’s your header all about?
A: I assume you mean what is in the 2 images? Well that is for you to think about. Only joking! They are 2 photos I took and I have used the landscape for the header, although the right one does include Rob Blog’s Eyes (I still need to check if he will let me keep it that way). The image on the left was taken at night in Dublin, Ireland!
Q: You are McLovin?
A: Haha, I saw this one coming! Well actually i’m not Mclovin, my Tenor Sax is! Now that may sound really weird but its true! Sadly this can’t really be explained that easily and its not anything sexually dirty or anything, the Saxophone is just called McLovin… live with it.
Q: Your Current Setup?
A: Can be found Here.
